‘Dutabash’ application is available at the App Store (for iOS phones) and Play Store (for android phones). By using the app, the service seekers can submit their document online for consular attestation. It also provides guidance on service delivery procedure. Detailed fee-structure is available at this Mission’s website (https://www.bdhcottawa.ca/attestation). Under this procedure a ‘QR code’ is generated instead of the ‘seal-signature attestation’ system.
